Once you submit the request, you will be resonsible for verifying the login and forwarding the information to the end user.

Explanation of Fields
User Id The email address of the user. This will be the unique user id for accessing the system. .
First Name/Last Name First and last name of the user.
Phone Contact phone number to be used in case of emergency.
Account Number Account Number being created
Introducing Broker The name of the IB introducing the account.
Account Manager Id Email address of the account manager handling the account.
